The main characteristics of E series
1. The five major castings adopt advanced GB300 resin sand castings, which eliminate the internal stress after tempering, vibration and natural aging treatment.
2. Three axis have no pad block. Both grinding and shoveling are used between the bearing seat and the body to ensure the three points’ concentricity accuracy of the screw rod.
3. Machine with low gravity center and gantry type structure make the machine more stable.
4. Equipped with imported precision linear rail, C3 ball screw rod, P4 NSK bearing.
